What is Diet-to-Go?

We offer three meal plan options:

  • Traditional Low-Fat

  • Vegetarian Low-Fat

  • Low-Carb

How does it work?

  • 1. Select a plan: Traditional Low-Fat, Vegetarian Low-Fat, or Low-Carb.

  • 2. Choose a calorie level: 1200 or 1600

  • (Traditional and Vegetarian only).

  • 3. Decide on the number of days per week: Five, Six, or Seven Days.

  • 4. Choose the meals you’d like to receive each day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, (Any Combination).

  • 5. Select the Distribution Center most convenient for you.

  • 6. Pick up your meals twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

How much do the meals cost?

Full plans (21 meals per week) average just $5.80 per meal. When you consider the time for planning and shopping, the cost of food, preparation time and discarded leftovers, you quickly realize that our meals are more economical than fast food, and much healthier. It’s actually a real bargain to have your own Personal Chef.
